EduBridge is hiring for Part Time Trainers – Gurgaon/ Chennai /Bangalore / Kolkata

Location: EduBridge Learning Center (travel to nearby colleges as required)
Mode: In Person (6 days working with fixed Sunday off)

Engagement Type: Part-Time / Hourly Basis
Remuneration: 600 800 per hour (based on experience and session scope)

Job Description:

We are hiring a Service Desk Trainer to train students for entry-level IT Service Desk roles. This role involves delivering classroom training and preparing candidates with technical and communication skills required for IT support jobs.

To Train the Students and NOT THE EMPLOYEES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training on IT Service Desk and Technical Support.
  • Train on ticketing tools, Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, MS Office, and basic networking.
  • Cover ITIL basics (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
  • Conduct mock calls, practical sessions, and interview preparation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow / Remedy or similar).
  • Understanding of SLA and ITIL processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
