Role & responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and networks in-office, on site, or remotely.
- Resolve technical issues within TAT and efficiently.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain and catalogue the IT assets of the company.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site IT/Desktop support or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies.
- A deep understanding of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
