Job description

Role & responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and networks in-office, on site, or remotely.
  • Resolve technical issues within TAT and efficiently.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems promptly.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve system efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain and catalogue the IT assets of the company.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in on-site IT/Desktop support or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with IT support tools and technologies.
  • A deep understanding of hardware, software, networks, and systems.
